To request a return or refund, please contact: info@nureashop.com Please include the following information in your request: - Order number - Description of the issue - Photos of the damaged or incorrect product If you received the wrong item, please also include a photo of the shipping label attached to the package. Once your request is submitted, our team will review the information and provide the next steps for the return process. Please do not return any products without receiving confirmation from our support team.

If the return request is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may take approximately 2–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
– The product was opened or used
– The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
– The product was intentionally damaged
– Incorrect information was provided during checkout
– The request is based on change of mind after purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
